Spring 2023 classes begin January 10th.  ESL, HSD, GED/HiSET Prep, Computer Classes, Excel, Photoshop, Google Apps, and Office Career Pathways are available at free or low cost.  Short-term career training classes will also be offered in a variety of healthcare classes (CNA, Dental Assisting, Medical Assisting, Medical Billing and Coding, and Pharmacy Tech).  NLMAS is also offering training in welding, childcare professions, real estate, and custodial tech!  Click the register button and enroll today!  Space is limited.  For more information, call (562) 210-3990.

Access community agencies that assist during an emergency or disaster.
 
Fall Session II (EL Civics 243): Nutrition - Objective 46.6 (BL-A)
Access resources for nutrition education and information related to the purchase and preparation of healthy foods.
 
Spring Session I: (EL CIVICS 231):  DMV - Objective 12.7 (BL-A)
Describe and access services offered at DMV and read, interpret, and identify legal response to regulations, roadside signs, and traffic signals.
 
Spring Session II:  (EL CIVICS 231): Citizenship Preparation - Objective 40.6 (BL-A)
Respond to questions about the history and government of the United States in order to be successful in the naturalization process.
